Walt Disney World is a wonderful place to celebrate Valentine’s Day. After spending a fun filled day enjoying park attractions, couples can enjoy a romantic dinner at one of Disney’s numerous table service restaurants in the parks. No matter which park you choose to visit, you’ll find a wonderful restaurant ideal for your Valentine’s celebration.
2018 is already proving to be a great year for Walt Disney World! We’ll soon have new attractions to enjoy and, of course, some of our favorites will soon shine like new as refurbishments are completed. If your family will be heading to Walt Disney World Resort soon, you’ll want to be aware of the scheduled refurbishments which may affect your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth.
Just after dinner on a hot July evening, we headed toward the exit for Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The sun hadn’t set yet, but the park would soon be closing. There would be no fireworks show at the park, as the loud booms were certain to terrify the animals we had seen on Kilimanjaro Safaris earlier in the day.

So we headed to the bus stop, only to watch the Magic Kingdom bus pull away as we walked.

This massive attraction takes guests on an exciting runaway train excursion and even brings them to a close encounter with the mysterious yeti. Let’s take a look at some of the little known facts about one of Animal Kingdom’s top […]
When Disney’s Animal Kingdom opened in 1998, the park’s thrilling Dinosaur themed ride quickly become another one of my favorite attractions. Countdown To Extinction, as it was called at the time, took guests back in time in hopes of returning to the present with a live dinosaur. Two years after Animal Kingdom’s opening, Disney released […]

Walt Disney World’s newest theme park, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, first opened on April 22, 1998. What else is so significant about this park’s opening date?
