Minnie Vans began appearing at select Walt Disney World resort hotels last summer. In June 2018, the service expanded to guests of all Walt Disney World resort hotels. Now these this adorable mode of transportation has expanded to include guests of Bonnet Creek, Flamingo Crossings, and Hotel Plaza Boulevard.
Minnie Vans are also available to transport guests to and from the Orlando International Airport MCO and can be scheduled in advance by calling 407-WDW-PLAY. Minnie Van airport shuttles are only available between Walt Disney World Resort hotel and Orlando International Airport.
Previously, the cost for Minnie Van service was $25 per trip, per vehicle. However, the pricing structure is now changing to be based on distance traveled. The new base price will be $15. In addition to the base price, there will be a per mile charge which will vary based on demand. Typically the per mile rate will be between $2.75 to $3.00.

Minnie Vans can accommodate up to 6 guests and are include 2 car seats. Certain Minnie Vans are also able to accommodate wheelchairs, motorized vehicles, and ECVs; however, there may be a longer wait time for these. The Minnie Van service will operate from 6:30 a.m. until 12:30 a.m. daily.
How To Request A Minnie Van
Requesting a Minnie Van is very simple. Just follow the steps below:
- Open the Lyft app on your smartphone
- Confirm your location
- Enter your Walt Disney World destination and tap “Request”
- The app will show a map tracking your Minnie Van as it makes it’s way to the pick up location. You will also receive an identifying vehicle number to help you spot your van when it arrives.
- Payment is taken care of within the Lyft app.
